These Terms govern your use of the AsbestosSurveyPro platform operated by DampSurvey Pro Ltd("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AsbestosSurveyPro provides structured asbestos survey reporting software for professional UK surveying teams. The platform supports surveyors and compliance teams but does not replace surveyor competence, UKAS-accredited analysis or statutory duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the actions of users in your organisation and for keeping authentication credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass security controls, interfering with other customers' use of the service or uploading unlawful content.
Subscription and fees
Paid plans are billed in accordance with the subscription you select. Subscription terms, cancellation and renewal details are presented at checkout and in your account.
Data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service. We retain ownership of the platform itself, including software, templates and trademarks.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising under or in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. You may close your account at any time. On termination we will make a reasonable export available on request, subject to these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
