This Privacy Policy explains how DampSurvey Pro Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the AsbestosSurveyPro platform at asbestossurveypro.com. We are the data controller for personal data we process about our customers and website visitors.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, role.
• Organisation data: company name, address, branding details supplied by you.
• Survey data: survey content, photographs and PDFs created in the platform.
• Operational data: authentication events, audit logs and basic usage telemetry.

How we use data

We process personal data to provide and operate the platform, secure accounts, deliver transactional communications (such as trial confirmations and important service notices), invoice subscribers, and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

We rely on contract performance for account and service delivery, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, and consent where required (for example, optional marketing communications).

Sharing

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, transactional email and payment processing. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer data to train third-party AI models. A list of current sub-processors is available on request.

Retention

We retain account and survey data for the lifetime of the account plus a limited grace period after closure. Customers can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@asbestossurveypro.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
